Q. I am unhappy with my Order, can I place a Refund?
A. In order to protect ourselves as a Merchant, we only offer refunds on items that arrive in a defective state. You must submit photo and/or video evidence within reasonable doubt to our support team using the contact form to be eligible for a refund. Once evidence is received and verified, you may ship the product back to our supply warehouse at the address we will provide you to be eligible for a full Refund. Items on Sale are not eligible for Refunds, but we can process an exchange for you following the same guidelines as above if it arrives in a defective state.
Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.
